The campus will remain closed until 12 noon Thursday, 02/13/25. Students should log into Canvas for specific class information from their instructors. Please contact event organizers for information on specific activities. Normal operations will resume at 12pm on Thursday.
The Digital Electronics and Microprocessors laboratory offers students hands-on experience with designing, building and testing digital logic circuits, microprocessor-controlled systems, and embedded systems.
Students implement state machines using programmable logic devices (PLDs). Verilog Hardware Description Language (VHDL) is used to design computer hardware interfaces and related I/O circuitry.
Each station is equipped with test instruments including an oscilloscope, a DC power supply, a logic analyzer, and an analog-digital trainer. A wide variety of digital electronic components are available for students to use with their projects.
