SUMMARY:

Responsible for the knowledge of the admissions processes for undergraduate, graduate and international students. Responsible for uploading data, consolidating duplicates and auditing students in data entry the undergrad and graduate inquiry information into admissions CRM.

JOB DUTIES:

Assist Senior Associate Director of Admissions in updating and creating communication drip campaign.

Maintain uploads to SLATE CRM for undergrad and grad in a timely fashion. Verify all contact and essential information is entered properly.

Responsible to print out Exploration Day schedules for students. Inform closed sessions to the Admissions team to steer potential attendees to other sessions.

Audit student ambassadors data entry of inquiry cards into the admissions CRM, if needed discuss corrections with them to improve their data entry.

Responsible for consolidating duplicate records with in the admissions CRM.

Responsible to manage invoices from international agents and online recruitment partner, verify student enrollment which they have invoiced for commission payment.

Responsible to understand all undergradate, graduate and international student process.

Responsible to manage the Admissions@ltu.edu composite. Required to answer general questions and also be knowledgeable to forward questions to the correct admission counselor or staff that can assist the students particular request.

Assist the Executive Director on a variety of AdHoc projects that arise.

Work in a problem-solving mode, in a professional and courteous manner, with all areas of the University.

Relponsible to work directly with the admissions office fulfillment center to ensure that leads are receiving information in a timely fashion.

Participate in all recruitment events.

Assist in any upgrades to the image now software, conduct testing to verify that upgrades will not impede with our current processes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Use Your Cell Phone as a Document Camera in Zoom

  • What you will need to have and do
  • Download the mobile Zoom app (either App Store or Google Play)
  • Have your phone plugged in
  • Set up video stand phone holder

From Computer

Log in and start your Zoom session with participants

From Phone

  • Start the Zoom session on your phone app (suggest setting your phone to “Do not disturb” since your phone screen will be seen in Zoom)
  • Type in the Meeting ID and Join
  • Do not use phone audio option to avoid feedback
  • Select “share content” and “screen” to share your cell phone’s screen in your Zoom session
  • Select “start broadcast” from Zoom app. The home screen of your cell phone is now being shared with your participants.

To use your cell phone as a makeshift document camera

  • Open (swipe to switch apps) and select the camera app on your phone
  • Start in photo mode and aim the camera at whatever materials you would like to share
  • This is where you will have to position what you want to share to get the best view – but you will see ‘how you are doing’ in the main Zoom session.
