The information desk is a great resource for students to rent movies and games, get their mail, and ask friendly staff members any questions they may have. Every information desk has slightly different rentals and resources so please contact your specific building with any questions.

Mail is processed once a day Monday through Friday, see your specific building for times. If you have a package, a package slip will be in your mailbox which you will bring to the Information Desk to receive your package. You will need your Student ID and the package slip to pick up your package. You cannot pick up a package for your roommate(s).
Though it may say your package has been delivered online, Campus Safety and Housing need to process it so please give it a couple of days.
The Office of University Housing is does not reimburse for lost packages. If student is missing a package, they must fill out a Package Claim Form for lost mail, which can be found on the Housing website. They must fill out the form within one month of the delivery/shipping date. We do NOT hold mail over the summer for fall residents. We do NOT give mail to anyone other than the addressed person. Mail is only processed once per day and only after that time can residents pick up their mail. Housing Staff is not allowed to give out packages unless they are logged or go through the RHC.

Lock Outs
If a resident locks him or herself out of their room, they can have an RA or desk receptionist let them back into their room. This is allowed up to three times free of charge. On the fourth lock out, the resident will be charged $10 every additional lock out. This fee will not be able to be appealed.
