First-Gen Alumni: Share Your Story, Inspire our future graduates!

The King-Chàvez-Parks (KCP) Connected Student Ambassador Program empowers first-generation freshmen through peer mentorship, guiding them in navigating campus and building a supportive network.

As a first-generation college graduate, you understand the quiet struggles and incredible perseverance it takes to succeed. We’re looking for your story: how would a program like KCP have impacted your college journey?

This year, we are launching our new “First-Generation Spotlight” campaign to feature resilient grads like you. Your insights will be shared on our Instagram and digital displays across campus, inspiring our current students and helping them connect today’s uncertainty to their future goals.

Ready to share? Please complete this Google Form or email KCP4S-Program@ltu.edu with your questions.
