Associate Professor
Swati Verma, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the College of Business and Information Technology at Lawrence Technological University. She teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate marketing courses, integrating current research with marketing concepts through lectures, simulations, and in-class projects to enhance student learning.
Her research focuses on consumer behavior, with particular emphasis on behavioral pricing and advertising and branding. She has co-authored articles published in leading journals such as Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, and Psychology & Marketing. One of her co-authored papers in the Journal of Retailing received the Davidson Runners-Up Award in 2020.
