Kristen serves as the administrative lead for the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, providing comprehensive operational oversight and executive support to the Dean and the Assistant Deans. With a background in business strategy and a commitment to organizational excellence, Kristen ensures that the Dean’s Office functions as an efficient hub for the college’s strategic initiatives, academic leadership, and student interactions.

» Primary Responsibilities

  • Executive Coordination: Manages the Dean’s administrative priorities, including scheduling, high-level communications, and executive-level briefings.
  • Office Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Dean’s Suite, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for faculty, staff, and students.
  • Liaison Services: Acts as a central point of contact for university administration, departmental chairs, and the College of Engineering  Industry Advisory Board.
  • Strategic Support: Facilitates college-wide events and special projects that support the college’s mission of innovation in engineering education and research.
