Professional Background

Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication from Michigan State University. Award-winning producer, director, writer, and professor with over 40 years of experience in video production. Experience in television, video production studios, and digital marketing agency. Created  television programing, sales and marketing programs, commercials, promos, social media, and training videos in both domestic and international settings.

Experienced in balancing creative concepts with financial objectives while working directly with clients, including Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, Meritor, Visteon and SunTrust Bank.

Began career as an on-air radio announcer then transitioned to video producer at a CBS television station as a writer, producer, director, cinematographer. Created commercials, promos, newscasts, live events and documentaries. Continued career at a video production company as an assistant producer, cinematographer and editor of an award winning nationally syndicated television program filmed in the Middle East. Subsequently worked as an editor and special projects producer creating television and social media product for Daimler/Chrysler, Fox Sports and others. Worked as production manager for digital marketing and public relations agency producing award winning digital media for General Motors, UofM, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DTE, SunTrust Bank and others.

Currently serve as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, teaching Cinematography Theory and Production, and Video Editing courses.
