Faculty + Staff

Gabrielle
Roti
Adjunct Faculty

My name is Gabrielle Roti and I am excited to start my teaching career at Lawrence Tech! I will be teaching the OB Theory course and I have been working in the field of OB and Pediatrics for 7 years. I graduated in 2013 with my Registered Nurse degree and graduated in 2023 with my Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree. Throughout graduate school, I found a passion for teaching and began teaching nursing clinicals for several different universities. I remember being in nursing school and the anxiety that surrounded it and I want to be of ease to our future nurses and help their knowledge, skills, and confidence grow! When I am not taking care of little people or new mothers, you can find me at the gym, cooking, baking, or hanging out with my two fur babies!

To use your cell phone as a makeshift document camera

  • Open (swipe to switch apps) and select the camera app on your phone
  • Start in photo mode and aim the camera at whatever materials you would like to share
  • This is where you will have to position what you want to share to get the best view – but you will see ‘how you are doing’ in the main Zoom session.
