Axel Olson is a designer, researcher and educator whose work focuses on the impacts of digital platforms on physical space, design representation and methods of architectural production. Axel holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, where he earned a Graduate Certificate from the Digital Studies Institute.
His work has been published and recognized by Metropolis Magazine, Soiled Zine, the Architizer Vision Awards, Archisource Drawing of the Year Awards and the KRob Delineation Awards. Axel has contributed to practices including T+E+A+M, Extents, Ply+ and the Chicago Studio of Perkins and Will, and maintains his own creative practice, Another Inc.
