Dr. Mirshab comes to Lawrence Tech from the Cameron School of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He was formerly dean of the College of Business at the University of Detroit Mercy, and received his Ph.D. from Wayne State University.

Dr. Mirshab led the University of St. Thomas to Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation, a goal also shared by LTU.
