Stephanie Irwin-Booms has been teaching English Composition for over 20 years. She received an MA at Central Michigan University. She works for the University of Michigan-Flint and Lawrence Technological University. She was named one of two Collegiate Lecturers for 2020-2021. Her academic interests include Shakespeare, Grammar in a digital age, and Fantasy and Science Fiction.

When not working on Syllabi or grading papers, Stephanie likes to read, travel, camp, spend time with her family, and watch Sci Fi movies and tv shows.
