Cody
Gascho
Disability Services Advisor

I’m an accessibility and accommodation professional dedicated to making the world more inclusive for people with disabilities. I help organizations become more accessible and accommodating through policy development, staff training, accommodation planning, and facility recommendations.

Accessibility is my passion, and I advocate tirelessly for the rights of people with disabilities to fully participate in all aspects of society. My goal is to help make this world a little more accessible each day so that everyone, regardless of barriers, has equal opportunities to thrive.

While accessibility and inclusion are my work, I also enjoy the simple pleasures. I love spending time with my family and friends, and traveling to explore new places whenever I can. However, my real talents lie on the course and the court. I am great at being bad at golf and basketball. My golf game is a comedy of errors and my jump shot lacks any and all jumps.
I think life is about more than our job titles…it’s about our spirit, our willingness to keep learning, and our ability to laugh at ourselves along the way.

  • Do not use phone audio option to avoid feedback

To use your cell phone as a makeshift document camera

  • Open (swipe to switch apps) and select the camera app on your phone
  • Start in photo mode and aim the camera at whatever materials you would like to share
  • This is where you will have to position what you want to share to get the best view – but you will see ‘how you are doing’ in the main Zoom session.
