Your account will be upgraded to the licensed version 24 hours after your first login.
Before using Zoom you will need to install the client/application to your computer or smart device.
Go to zoom.us from any browser.
You’ll be directed to the Download Center.
Under Zoom Client for Meetings, click the Download button.
Once the file has been downloaded, open it and walk through the installation process.
Log in to Canvas and go to any of your courses where you are going to set up a meeting.
Click on Zoom in the Course Navigation
Select Schedule a New Meeting

Go through the process of scheduling a meeting.
Once saved, click Start this Meeting to begin the meeting immediately. You can also select the Zoom link from Navigation anytime and Start from the Upcoming Meetings tab.
When the new page opens, click Download Now under Launch Meeting.
The Zoom Installer package will be saved to your downloads. It may also appear at the bottom of your browser; if it does, once it is completed downloading, you can click it to begin the installation process.
From the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, download the Zoom Workplace App to your device.
Once the download has been completed, you may access the app and sign in through Google.
