REPORT AN INCIDENT
This Student Behavior and Bias Incident Reporting Form can be used by our LTU community to report incidents or alleged violations of harassment and/or discrimination directed at our LTU students. Incidents may center around age, ancestry, color, disability, gender identity or expression, genetic information, HIV/AIDS status, military status, national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, protected veteran status.
ANTIRACISM AND UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR LEARNING WORKSHOP SERIES

A 4-week faculty development session on creating antiracist, safe classroom environments. Based on the book by Andretesha Fritzgerald of the same name, the hour-long "driver's guide" workshop will focus on the implementation of antiracism and universal design for learning. The discussions and concept development/implementation will be reflective, engaging, and meaningful.
