mpolulak@ltu.eduMichael Polulak B.S.Arch ’22, will complete his M.Arch Summer of 2024. He is employed at Hobbs+Black Architects in Ann Arbor as a project assistant in the commercial studio. His journey at LTU started in Fall 2018, engaged in many extracurricular activities such as the LTU Drumline, the LTU Student Government Eboard, and as a brother of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity.

DescriptionTown Place in Rochester, Michigan aims to create a housing shortage solution for 1st time home owners, young families, and post-graduates. Located a few blocks East of Downtown Rochester, a grouping of housing types provides accessible amenities and connections to the community. These buildings have a combination of single and multi occupancy units that are owned by the tenant of each unit, with the freedom of the resident to sublet. This provides owners with adaptable rooms and flexible means to reduce their housing costs.
