She is in the dual program getting her Bachelor’s in Interior design and Master’s in Architecture. Alayna is an Interior Design intern at C2AE and also a graduate assistant to the cheer and dance team at LTU. She previously was on the dance team 4 years prior. She has a strong focus on user-centered design and integrating elements of nature into the design. Improving user experience through spaces is what she strives to do.

DescriptionHybrid work models are very popular within workplace design today. Many people prefer working at home in their own space, but they are missing out on a lot. When working in the office employees are building relationships, having casual conversations, more hands on, and have the ability for impromptu learning opportunities. This workplace has an emphasis on interior exteriority, flexibility that encourages employees to come work in the office and socialize all while maintaining productivity and focus. It supports their professional growth and well-being and they will want to return to the office to work.
