Offering Challenge and Comradery

Becoming part of the LTU College Honors Program is a good way for transfer students to begin their careers at LTU. Participation in honors classes and the program’s social activities will help you establish a set of like-minded friends.

You will be assigned an additional, dedicated academic advisor, who will help you through the transition and throughout your time at the university.

To qualify for the Honors Program, transfer students must have a GPA of 3.25 or above and meet Honors Program curriculum requirements. Extracurricular activities and community service also are considered. If you meet these requirements, you will receive an email with an invitation to join the Honors Program shortly after you are admitted. You are advised to apply well in advance of your class registration date.
