1. Fill out the Supplemental Application Form entirely and have it signed by your parent/guardian and school official. Note: a new form must be submitted for each semester.
2. Complete the online application , attach your completed Supplemental Application Form, and click submit. Note: a new application must be submitted for each semester.
Once your online application and attached Supplemental Application Form are submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once received by the Office of Admissions, a decision will be made on your application, and if admitted, you will be registered for the course you entered on your application.
