This Early Middle College program is a partnership between Troy School District and Lawrence Technological University. Participation is open to students from Troy Athens High School and Troy High School. Following the program flowchart, by tenth grade, students in the program will begin accumulating college credits. At the end of the program they will have earned a high school diploma and an Associates Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Computer Science and an undergraduate certificate in Cybersecurity.

Please note that semester start/end dates and breaks are not aligned with your high school’s dates.

The Early Middle College handbook, which is coming soon, is a guide to ensure a successful journey in the EMC program with Lawrence Tech. Please review the handbook entirely with a parent or guardian prior to the start of each semester as it’s filled with helpful information you’ll use and need throughout the program
