Elizabeth (Beth) Baker EE ’92 is a senior utility executive with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and the integration of utility businesses. As an independent management consultant from 2014 to 2021, she specialized in utility operations, compliance, energy policy, and due diligence. Previously, she served as Vice President of Operations at ITC Holdings Corp., managing the electric transmission system across seven states and leading compliance programs. She has held directorial roles at ReliabilityFirst Corporation and the Midwest Reliability Organization. She earned a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from LTU.
