All submissions are subject to staff approval and availability.

AV Support

LTU’s Office of Technology assists with the following:

  • Provide microphones and speakers for events
  • Assist in the production of pre-recorded lectures for online courses
  • Record/Live Stream campus events
  • Support the sound/display system in certain locations on campus.  This includes, but is not limited to:
    • A200 – Spotlights are fixed and cannot be moved. Auditorium sound system can be used via cables on the podium at the front of the room.
    • S100 – Stage lighting is the sole responsibility of the requestor and is managed by Media Services.  Auditorium sound system is also managed by Media Services.

Use this form to submit a request for AV equipment, event recording and event live streaming.

You will receive an automated confirmation of the request submission and someone from our office will follow up in 2-3 business days to confirm our availability and make sure we have all the needed details.

Submission of this request form does not guarantee that your request can be accommodated. We request two weeks’ notice for scheduling purposes. If your request is for support sooner than two weeks, we may not have staff available.

Marketing - Yellow Flag Productions

  • Each submission supports only one request type to improve project planning and make it easier for users to keep track of the specific items they’ve requested. If you have a complex project requiring different request types, you may need to submit this form multiple times.
  • Please identify a primary marketing goal and primary audience when submitting a request to ensure alignment with university marketing and communications objectives.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@asana.com.

All requests submitted through this form are subject to staff approval. If your request falls outside the scope of our work on behalf of the university, relevant staff will follow up with options and pricing.

We also kindly request that all submissions include your LTU email so we can best contact you. Anonymous submissions without an LTU email may be deleted.

» Room Scheduling

25Live Pro/Event Management is a campus-wide, web-based class- and event-scheduling software that unites all users through a single database, and it does so much more!

A 25Live/Event Management request must be submitted for ALL space reservations regardless of the size or nature of the event. All room/space requests need to be submitted online through 25Live/Event Management. Requests submitted any other way will not be accepted.

» Catering

All food requests or catering needs (which include snacks, meals, drinks, table clothes, etc.) must be arranged by the event requestor through Campus Dining. Outside food vendor requests must also go through Dining Services and are contingent upon their approval. Please contact Leo Tykoski at Tykoski-leo@aramark.com or 248.204.3203 for more information.
