Lawrence Tech's International Management Studies, offered through its College of Management, has a rich history of serving international communities throughout the world. Beginning in 1996, the college began its first major international outreach when it offered its graduate programs to the Taiwanese community.

Since that time over 1500 international students have graduated from the college's International program. Today, besides its popular on-campus international program, the college's international outreach extends to Taipei, Taiwan, Nanjing, Vancouver, BC Canada, and Bangkok, Thailand (under development) The growth of the International program can be attributed to the college's distinctive offerings, its unique delivery systems, and the special care and attention given our students.

Summary

Students who choose to attend our international campus programs have the opportunity to develop and enhance their English language and business communication skills with both formal and informal training. The College's Academic Achievement Center provides, without charge, skill development, tutoring, and other valuable support services for our campus students. We believe strongly, that in addition to what takes place in the classroom, an important part of an international student's learning experience is exposure to the American culture.  Social activities and opportunities to visit various museums and experience American life, including travel throughout the United States, are plentiful.

We take great pride in knowing that our international students are equipped to join the next generation of professionals who will make an important difference in their communities and in the 21st century.  Our graduates become our ambassadors to the world. We trust that they are as proud of having chosen us as we are in having chosen them.
