Recognizing the plight of Michigan's displaced workers and other citizens affected by the economy, Lawrence Technological University is inaugurating a bold new program to improve the future. The package includes:
> 400 newly created "Recovery Grants" that will provide 50 percent of tuition for eligible displaced workers or their dependent children;
> New academic programs to strengthen and diversify Michigan's economy, help displaced workers retool, and prepare students for the changing global market; and
> Personally-focused career services to match qualified workers with innovative companies that have employment opportunities.
Lawrence Tech is a proud partner of the Keep Michigan Working coalition.
