Program Design

Like many of LTU’s programs offered at University Centers throughout Michigan, the MBA is a modular-cohort program with its course schedule preset upon acceptance into the program. That is, students take two courses per term and progress through the program with the same group of classmates.

All classes are offered in a schedule that requires the students to attend three-in person weekend sessions over a two-month period of time. These on-ground sessions are on Friday evenings (6-9 pm) and Saturdays (8:30 – 3:30 pm). Distance learning technologies are used to supplement the learning between class meetings.

The Masters in Business Administration (MBA) can be completed in as little as 24 months.

You may enter the program in the fall, spring, or summer semester. Your completed application package should be received by the Office of Admissions no later than two weeks before the start of classes. (Academic calendars are available at ltu.edu/registrars_office)
