Timothy E. Landon is an Associate Professor in the College of Management at Lawrence Technological   University.  He joined Lawrence Tech in the summer of 2007.  Dr. Landon has 30 years teaching and administrative experience at universities in Michigan, Minnesota, and Kansas.  From 1994 to 2007, he was a professor of Human Resource Management and Director of Graduate Programs with the School of Management at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.  For the past five years, he has also taught international management at the University of Padua in Italy.  He has consulted with organizations in Michigan and Minnesota on virtual call centers, evaluation of training, physical ability testing, selection test validation, and 360 degree developmental appraisals for physician residents.  Dr. Landon also worked on a FAA-funded project to develop and validate selection tests for hiring air traffic controllers.
