Leadership Transcript Procedures
Entering a new activity
1. Log onto Banner Web at https://bnras1p.ltu.edu/pls/banner_pprds/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin .
2. Click on the Student Services and Financial Aid tab.
3. Scroll down and click Leadership Activities and then select Activity Entry.
4. Fill out all fields each time you complete this form. The short activity description is essential, and should describe your role in the activity and lessons learned. It should help you to articulate what you gained from the experience and showcase anything that you would want to share with a potential employer. Only Quest Project entries need to fill out the Quest Activity Narrative.
5. When you are finished and have checked the box certifying all information is truthful and accurate, click Add Activity. It will then be submitted to the Office of Leadership Programs for approval. This process may take up to one week.
Checking the status of a submitted activity
1. Log onto Banner Web at https://bnras1p.ltu.edu/pls/banner_pprds/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin .
2. Click on the Student Services and Financial Aid tab.
3. Scroll down and click Leadership Activities and then select Load Activity.
4. This screen will allow you to view incomplete and pending activities as well as approved activities.
Viewing your unofficial leadership transcript
1. Log onto Banner Web at https://bnras1p.ltu.edu/pls/banner_pprds/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin .
2. Click on the Student Services and Financial Aid tab.
3. Scroll down and click Leadership Activities and then select Web Transcript.
4. Sort the activities however you choose by selection the option from the dropdown menu.
