H2H provides people, products, and services that enable entities involved with all aspects of the health care industry to use digital technology and achieve HIPAA compliance. Youngtronics, founded in 2005, manufactures electronics assembly products in Wixom. Srivastava is an entrepreneurial engineer with over 14 years of experience as a top management executive. His prior experience was in information technology and includes working with Tata Steel, Sears, Citizens Insurance, MCI, and Baan. He is a member of the board of directors of ESSPL in India and the United States, LLC-Virginia, and H2H Corp. Srivastava was recognized in the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce Salute to Excellence in 2007 and has been recognized by Corp! and Crain's Detroit Business. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Ranchi University in India.

MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSONS: "For sure my parents. I come from a big and close family. My parents had lots of challenges in India and always encouraged us to go forward in the career we wanted. They had a tough time when I was coming to the United States but they still supported me. I came to the United States four days after my father passed away. But they always helped me to do what I wanted to do. Also, a few friends during my career have been influential."

WHERE MY FIELD/INDUSTRY IS HEADED: "In information technology, lots of changes are happening. Every time you know one technology, there's a new one. We're now headed toward a service knowledge-based industry. Everyday, we're using technologies to take new steps. The industry is in a knowledge-based evolution. Technology is getting that knowledge base to people all over the world while also making it easier for everyone to access. IT reduces the time spent processing and making decisions by half or sometimes by less than half. It's taking over each and every field of your life. Because of IT, you can get information on any field anywhere in the world, due to Web initiatives."

FAVORITE TECHNOLOGICAL GADGET: "My BlackBerry."

FAVORITE PLACE: "In India where I was brought up in a city called Varanasi. Also, I recently took a trip to Italy and loved it."

FAVORITE HOBBIES: "I love sports. I love being with friends and family, too. Also, music."

FAVORITE FOOD: "My favorite is Indian, what I grew up with. I like Thai, too."

MY HIDDEN TALENT: "I'm a quick learner. I'm very tactical in my approach and learn from my mistakes."
