Founder, President, and CEO of Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions. Strategic Staffing provides information technology consulting services with offices around the country and two in Europe. Pasky started the company in 1990 when she was 30, and now Strategic Staffing has more than 1,500 employees and 100 customers. She and the company have won several entrepreneurial and workplace awards. Pasky is a board member of Detroit Renaissance, the Kresge Eye Institute, the Detroit Downtown Partnership, the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan, United Way Community Services, the Baltic Foundation, Inforum (formerly the Women’s Economic Club of Detroit), and the Detroit Zoological Society. She is also chair of the board of directors for the Detroit Regional Chamber and serves on the boards of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Women in Technology International, and the Detroit Workforce Development Council.
