SCOTT BADE:
President of ImageSoft Inc. in Southfield. Bade is responsible for the overall management and direction of ImageSoft, which provides technology to automate, streamline, and improve workplace processes, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs. The company, with two offices in Michigan, and one each in North Carolina and Oregon, serves customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico and has been growing through acquisitions and major contracts in the government, health care, and insurance sectors. Customers include Time-Warner Cable, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Wayne and Genesee counties, and the Canadian Automobile Association of South Central Ontario. For more than 20 years, Bade has designed and deployed image and document management systems for some of the largest corporate and government agencies in the Midwest. Previously, he was president of DMS ideas, which merged with ImageSoft in 2000. He also worked in the computer software industry as a reseller for FileNet Corp. and account manager for Pyramid Solutions. ImageSoft was recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in 2008 and 2009 by
Inc. Magazine.
Corp! Magazine selected it as one of Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots and it was named among the 2010 “Michigan 50 Companies to Watch,” an awards program sponsored by the Edward Lowe Foundation and presented by Michigan Celebrates Small Business. For the past three years, ImageSoft also has been chosen as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. Bade is a certified document image architect and a charter recipient of the Association for Information and Image Management Master of Information Technology award. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University.
