Co-owner and CEO of Core3 Solutions in Birmingham. Established in 1997, Core3 helps companies strengthen their online presence and augment the use of technology in their business. Achieving a minimum growth rate of 20 percent year after year, Core3 continues to enhance its service offerings as it expands its client base. In 2010, Core3 began offering bundled website development and online marketing packages, and its online marketing grew by 350 percent. New offering Quotegine, a web-based tool that allows users to create and edit proposals, collaborate with colleagues, and draw from a library of information, will launch at South By Southwest (SXSW) in March 2011. In the past year, Core3 has received the Corp! magazine Economic Bright Spot Award and the Crain's Detroit Business Cool Places to Work in Tough Times Award. In addition, Crain's named Chambers among its 20 in their 20's. Chambers also operates Chambers Real Estate, which owns and operates investment properties in southeastern Michigan, and Michigan Popcorn Co., which manages the development of the Dale and Thomas Popcorn franchise in southeastern Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree in telecommunications and business from Michigan State University.

MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSONS: “There are quite a few. My mother, father, stepfather, and grandfather. Each has helped shape who I am today. Also, I very much admire Richard Branson and Steve Jobs on a professional level.”

WORDS THAT DESCRIBE ME: “Passion, excitement, ideas, and positivity.”

WHERE MY FIELD/INDUSTRY IS HEADED: “We see online marketing growing tremendously, taking off, and are continuing to see investments and growth there. We offer Web development packages tailored to small- and medium-sized businesses to help them grow and become more visible. We're coupling online development with marketing to make it cost-effective for these companies. The other area is IT, where we'll see a lot more shift to cloud computing. It will take some time but we'll see a continued shift. Lastly, as far as software as a service, we're developing a product now called QuoteGen that's headed to beta testing.”

FAVORITE TECHNOLOGICAL GADGET: “I'm absolutely in love with my Android phone. It's amazing the things you can do with it. I did a voice search when I had a chip in my windshield, found a local service, and called without touching anything. I love my iPad, too; love mobility.”

FAVORITE PLACE: “I was fortunate enough to go up north a lot while growing up - Lake Ogemaw in West Branch and at Higgins Lake. They are great places to relax and have some fun.”

FAVORITE HOBBIES: “If you can call it a hobby, I love raising my five-month-old twin daughters. Otherwise, relaxing 'Up North' and thinking of the next big thing.”

FAVORITE FOOD: “Pizza, burgers; pretty much anything.”

MY HIDDEN TALENT: “I'm really into video editing. I like to do it for friends and family.”

HOW I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED: “As someone who's giving and genuinely cared about those around him.”
