Corporate Medical Director and Vice President, American Laser Centers, Farmington Hills. An M.D., she conducts research, writes articles for medical publications, and oversees training and protocol for all American Laser Centers clinics. Gilmore has extensive training in aesthetics and laser medicine, including sclerotherapy for the treatment of veins, Botox, facial rejuvenation, cellulite reduction therapy, and laser hair removal. She received her doctor of medicine degree from Wayne State University and her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan. Gilmore runs a consumer website at www.askdrkathleen.com and volunteers with several groups, including the Hope Medical Clinic in Ypsilanti, which provides health care for the uninsured, and with doctors in Cuba, where she collects and donates medical supplies and works with doctors there to share expertise.
