Fitness
The university has a recreational facility know as the Don Ridler Field House. The facilities available include: gymnasium, weight rooms, showers, and saunas. Healthy Tools
The university's medical insurance providers, Blue Care Network and Blue Cross Blue Shield offer its members an on-line health assessment tool designed to help achieve health goals. The health assessment tools are available for you to prioritize your health changes based on your risk and readiness to make a change. BCN HBL HMO members may take advantage of discounted health care cost by meeting certain requirements.
Wellness Workshops
Throughout the year we offer worksite wellness workshop programs. The programs are free and available for all full and part time employees to attend. Learn to be inspired by experts in health and wellness.
Weight Watchers at Work
Attend the Weight Watchers at Work meetings on campus. The meetings will be held every Mondays, from 11:00 am - noon. BCN is offering this program free of charge to Healthy Blue Living (HBL) members who have a BMI of 30 or more (as determined by your BCN PCP). The cost for others may be discounted based on your insurance or you pay the standard rate.
