Residence Halls
Lawrence Tech has two co-ed residence halls: University Housing-North and University Housing-South. Each features one- and two bedroom apartment-style suites that accommodate two to four students, depending on the size of the suite. Single rooms are available in University Housing-South at the preference of University Housing. Room costs vary by residence hall and whether you select single, double, or multiple occupancy. Both buildings provide (at no extra cost):
- Lounges in which you can watch television, study, or socialize with friends. TVs in lounges include premium channels.
- Wireless Internet access, email, and access to the University network
- Basic cable television service in apartments
- Individual telephone lines and voicemail
- Recycling
- All utilities (heat, air conditioning, water, electricity, and gas)
- Mail and package services
- Information Desk Services
