Assignments - Collect Student Files
Assignments provide you with:
- Automatic Grade Center Column: creating an Assignment will automatically create a new column in the Grade Center
- Ability to download student submissions easily: students upload their work within the assignment folder; each submission is listed. Blackboard will automatically insert each student’s username andassignment name in the files when they are uploaded.
Assignments - Download Student Submissions
When a student has submitted/uploaded an assignment, there will be a green exclamation mark in the Grade Center under the assignment column name.
You can view each attempt from within Grade Center or you download the attempt(s) to your local computer. Blackboard will “zipped” the file(s) and ask for download location by saving in a zipped file.
Print out the PDF instructions for more details.
