Blackboard Status Line

System status information is available by calling the Lawrence Tech University Information Line at 248-204-2222

Select Option 2 on the voice menu for Status and Updates on the Blackboard system.

You may then select:

Option 1 - University Closures or Emergency Information
Option 2 - Blackboard Operational Status
Option 3 - Banner Operational Status
Option 4 - General University Information

It is strongly suggested that you use Firefox rather than Internet Explorer when using Blackboard!

How Do I Log On To Blackboard 9.1?

Beginning Fall 2010, the same username will log you into Blackboard, BannerWeb, Email, and campus computers, laptops, and tablets.

To find your username:

1. Log into BannerWeb
2. Click on Personal Information
3. Click on View Email Addresses
4. The Campus email address before the @ltu.edu is your new username

Your Blackboard password is now your mmddyyyy (birthday month,day,four digits of year)

Make sure you change your password when successfully logged into Blackboard 9.1!
