Edward Donley Computer Center

The Edward Donley Computer Center provides IT support to the entire Lawrence Tech community by offering an expanding variety of educational technology resources and enhancing the IT infrastructure.  EDCC provides access to and support for computing systems and software, email accounts, laptops and personal computers, the Internet, printer access, access to network drives, university telephones, and internal and external data networks.

Computer Help Desk

The Lawrence Tech Computer Help Desk provides first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff to assist them in resolving problems with software, network connectivity issues, laptop issues, and other computer related problems. Walk-in support is available for problem diagnosis, laptop distribution and repair, password resets, software installation, wireless network configuration, email setup, and instruction and training.

VITRC

The Veraldi Instructional Technology Resource Center (VITRC) promotes the teaching and learning process in the University by working with faculty to incorporate instructional technology to enhance academic curriculum.  VITRC consults with faculty to integrate emerging technology tools into classroom instruction, conducts workshops for faculty, and develops instructional technology strategies for advancing student learning.
