The student employee will be notified by the Office of International Programs when to pick up both authorization letters.
Note: Authorization forms must be signed by the direct supervisor (no electronic signatures). Start date must be dated minimum 1 week in the future for processing purposes.
Social Security Cards typically take 2-4 weeks for the recipient to receive through the U.S. Postal Service. The student is not to begin work until the social security card has been received by the direct supervisor and all paperwork has been processed by the Human Resources Department.
The student is responsible for providing the signed social security card to the direct supervisor to be copied. Complete the remaining sections of the employee paperwork.
