
Mr. Trevor Weston
Trevor Weston is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan and Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing. He is an adjunct professor teaching classes primarily in the area of leadership.
Mr. Weston is also an attorney in private practice. He is a founding partner of the firm of Fedor, Camargo, & Weston, PLC located in Birmingham, Michigan. His practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate and estate administration and general litigation.
As an estate planning attorney, Weston enjoys working with individuals and families within in the local communities, getting to know them personally and educating them as to the decisions they need to make to create estate plans that fit their needs.
As a litigator, Mr. Weston has engaged in all aspects of civil litigation focusing primarily on the defense of claims against businesses, churches, general contractors and manufacturers. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Weston is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland and Macomb County Bar Associations, the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Michigan, and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, as well as the Michigan State University College of Law Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Royal Oak Optimist Club.
Trevor has published articles in the Michigan Defense Quarterly and sits on the Construction Code Board of Appeals, the ROOTS (Royal Oak Opportunity to Serve) Foundation and the Historical Commission for the City of Royal Oak.
He resides in Royal Oak with his wife Sarah.
