Camp Preparation

Practice and review the following texts:

1. Basic Perspective Drawing by John Montague (or other perspective book)
2. Dynamic Figure Drawing by Burne Hogarth (or other figure drawing book)

Practice drawing in perspective various objects and then migrate to automobile perspective which is nothing more than a cube and cylinder. You should also understand how to draw ellipses (wheels) in perspective with multiple views. At the camp, we will provide professional demonstrating on conceptualizing and illustrating auto design. The second item to consider is to practice drawing "thick and thin" lines. This is very evident in figure drawing, but should be able to apply this principle to all your drawings.
