Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Architecture

This 12 credit hour certificate focuses on current issues in sustainable architecture. The focus is on advanced applications of ecological literacy stressing the importance of renewable resources, natural systems and alternative energy in environmentally responsive design practice. Up to 6 credits can be double counted with the core Master’s degree.

The courses for this certificate are as follows:

  •     ARC 5422 Environmental Issues
  •     ARC 5572 Vital Signs

8 credits based on approved courses in Sustainable, Alternative Energy or Ecology based studies.
