| Program Description | Participants both in Standard International Programs for International Students (STIPUS) and INTAP programs take part in a German language and Civilization and Culture course, in addition to their regular coursework. Students study with German classmates during their time at HE, taking part in regular activities and exams. The university also provides orientation weeks with excursions to give participants insight into German culture. | |

| Program Description | The International Engineering Programs (IEP) are offered by Hochschule Ulm to international students. The programs run for three months and are taught in English. They offer a variety of courses in the fields of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (IMEP), Computer Science/Engineering (ICEP), and Electrical Engineering (IEEP). Many field trips are organized to different companies in the area. To get to know Germany and the German culture the International Office also organizes trips to other cities in Germany. Ulm offers an intensive German language course for students with no or little knowledge of German. The course takes place before the start of the International Engineering Programs in March or September and runs for two weeks. | |
